Step One: Recognition — this is happening.
this is how it is.

Step Two: Integration — this touches me.
this is how it works.

Step Three: Adaptation — I change how I move.
I pivot.

Step Four: Non-resignation — I don’t call it
“just the way it is.”

Bake at 365* for 50 years. It’s done when you can stick it with a tooth pick and it come out clean.
