June Journal Prompts

Pollinators do not change the landscape all at once.

They move from place to place. Gather a little. Carry a little. Return. Small exchanges become gardens. Small gardens become habitats. Tiny things, repeated over time, become something larger.

Change begins that way too.

Not with becoming someone entirely new. We know it only appears we change overnight, but we know better.

We know with our own hands we can make one small place more welcoming, even if it is our doorstep or our inner landscape. A smile.

Journal Prompts

What am I carrying into the world right now?

What kinds of spaces make me feel welcomed and safe?

How can I create more soft landings for myself or others?

What small acts have changed me more than I expected?

What feels worth protecting?

What am I helping grow, even in small ways?

Who or what has quietly nourished me lately?

Where do I feel most alive?

What do I naturally gather around me?

What parts of myself have I been neglecting?

What would it look like to make one small place more hospitable?

If I were to "bee the change," what tiny action could I begin today?

Take your time.

You do not have to answer every question. I like to ponder. Take a question with you on a walk or out to the porch. Ponder while watering your plants.

Like pollinators, small movements still matter. A few steps and a small movement may open you up unexpectedly.

Sometimes one small gathering is enough to begin.

I especially like:

What do I naturally gather around me?

Practicing self awareness is a gift we give ourselves I’ve found. Write on little loves. We’ve got this.
